Today I say goodbye to a great friend of mine. Declan Glynn . Me and the family will truly miss you.
Every time I get home and I see your car still in the driveway. My first reaction is to pull out my phone and text you to come over and shoot the shit in the garage .
Well the weather's beautiful today I'm sure you had a part in it. The Type of day you would love to spend up on the farm .

My condolences to Deb & Linda and all the hearts you have touched on your journey.
Added the avtars the kids made of you and Deb last winter. I remember we got a kick out of it
Deb,
You were the best thing to happen to Declan and I hope you find comfort in knowing his love and devotion will be forever in your heart.
Declan's family lived next door for the first 16 years of my life. I have many fond memories of time spent with Declan and his family. Although our lives went in separate directions one thing for sure is his fiercely loyal friendship will be forever in my heart.
Sharing in your sadness as we remember our friend.

Dear Debra,
With the passing of Declan, you have our deepest condolences and love. The two of you were an inseparable team.
For 55 years Declan was far more than just my friend. We were blood-brothers, goofballs, partners in crime and even co-workers. In our youth, we lived fast and hard. Too much so. No one in the neighborhood thought that either of us would see 30 years of age. However, with the "Luck of the Irish", we beat the odds.
Most know that beneath Declan's weathered exterior was a heart of gold. Yes, with his quick wit and ability to find humor in pretty much any situation, Dec could have you in stitches. But, in true times of need, Declan was there.
When we watched as Terry Fox bravely hobbled across Canada, raising money for cancer, Declan found a calling. And he was duty bound to it. Now, God has called Declan home. No doubt he and Terry will be raising a glass to lives well lived.
With Love,
Stuart & Nadira
