She could spark a chat with anyone and told the best stories from growing up in Ireland! She spoke so highly of everyone she loved and would do anything for them!! Love you always, Nanny!!
My grandmother was the definition of polished and poised. She was such a lady in every aspect of her life. She taught me etiquette and manners. She had a great sense of fashion and an everlasting youthful glow. Her age was always questioned by those that knew her. Growing up, my friends could never believe she was old enough to be someone’s grandma- she loved to hear that! She took care of herself right up until the end. She never left her room without lipstick and a powdered nose. She always reminded me of Julie Andrews growing up- the way she was in Princess Diaries. She always did her best to go along with a story, or make her grandchildren laugh. She was proud of all of us, and never stopped telling us. She valued family above all else. She will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her. Rest In Peace Nanny xx
