Obituary of Kathryn Davey

DAVEY, Kathryn Jane May 2, 1951 - November 27, 2016 Passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones on November 27, 2016 in her 66th year after a long, well fought battle with cancer. Loving wife to Eric for 46 years. Devoted mother to Jennifer (David) Komlos, Erin (Martin) Courcelles, Aimee (Tom) Pantos, Nicole (Brad) Bow, Ryan (Krystal) Davey. Adoring grandmother to Zoe, Jamieson, Oakley, Visili, Dimitri, Calista, Ashton, Harper, Keaton, Owen, and Aila. Daughter of Nelson Dancy and the late Lucille Kerr. Kathy's zest for life will not only be remembered but also emulated by her family and friends on whom she had such a profound impact. The family would like to extend their thanks to the warm and caring staff at Hill House Hospice in Richmond Hill. A Visitation will be held at the DIXON-GARLAND FUNERAL HOME, 166 Main Street N. (Markham Road), on Friday, December 2, 2016 from 9:30 - 10:30am. A Memorial Service will take place in the Chapel at 10:30am. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hill House Hospice.
