My deepest sympathy to all of Sydney's descendants. Her mother Irene and my grandmother Muriel were sisters. I remember her from my wedding in August 1967. I think she is the last of both Muriel and Irene's children, and maybe the last of my great grandmother "Nanny Smith's" grandchildren. May she rest in peace.

My wonderful, beautiful, witty Nana. You brought love, joy and laughter to all those around you. You knew what was important in life and you lived it to its fullest. Thank you for being such a special person and you will be remembered by so many. I miss you, love you and am thinking of you always. Keep smiling your magical lipsticked smile. Your grand daughter Zoe, John and your Irish great grand children Emma, Jack, Ben and Johnny. We love and miss you dearly.
