Obituary of Constance Toole

TOOLE, Constance Rose- It is with a very heavy heart the family announces that Constance passed away December 25, 2014 at Sunnybrook after 3 very difficult years battling cancer. She will be greatly missed by her beloved sons Connor and Riley, their father David, her parents Emilie Leitner (Alois, deceased), sister Sylvia, brother Paul (Tracy), Tante Elfie and the rest of Conny's loving family and friends. She is at peace and in the Lord's hands. Funeral Mass will take place at St. Patrick's Parish, 5633 Highway 7, on Wednesday, December 31, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow. If desired, donations may be made to her local hospital, Markham Stouffville.
