Passed away peacefully on June 1, 2014 with her family by her side in her 90th year. Predeceased by her loving husband Ted. Beloved mother of Peggy and her husband Dave Stonehouse and Craig and his wife Sue. Proud grandmother of Craig (Tanya), Andrea, Jennifer (Dave Elford) and Nicole (Braden Sweeting). Special G.G. of Matthew, Liam, Emily, Libby and Chloe. Friends will be received at the DIXON-GARLAND FUNERAL HOME, 166 Main Street N. (Markham Road), Markham on Thursday, June 5, 2014 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Memorial Service will take place in the Chapel on June 6 at 1 pm. If desired, donations may be made to the Salvation Army or to a charity of your choice.
