Obituary of William Sweeney

Sweeney, William James. Peacefully at Sunnybrook Hospital after a brief illness on March 2nd, 2014. Pre-deceased by his beloved wife Margaret (Peggy) Loving and caring father of Karen (John). Proud Grandad of Alannah, Holly and Connor. Devoted companion of Jean McGuckin. Will be missed by brothers and sisters in Ireland: Marie O'Neill, James Murray, John Murray and the late Frank and Margaret Murray. Friends will be received at Dixon-Garland Funeral Home 166 Main St. North (Markham Rd.) Markham on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9. Funeral mass will be held on Friday at St. Patricks Parish 5633 Hwy #7, Markham at 12:30pm. Burial will follow at Highland Memory Gardens. Donations may be made to the Sunnybrook Hospital Foundation.
