In Loving Memory of Larry Grove

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Larry Grove, a cherished brother, son, and uncle. Larry left us peacefully on August 5th, 2024, at the age of 73. He is survived by his devoted sister Julia (Dennis), his niece Stacy, and his nephew Spencer. Larry was predeceased by his beloved parents, Mary and Roy.

Born on July 10th, 1951, in Markham, Ontario, Larry lived his entire life in his hometown. Known for his unwavering enthusiasm for sports, he was a devoted fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Toronto Raptors. He had a very dry sense of humor and loved to poke fun at his family. He had a deep appreciation for music from the 60s and 70s and was fortunate to attend Billy Joel’s final residency performance at Madison Square Garden.

In honor of Larry’s memory, donations may be made to Markham Stouffville Hospital, or the charity of your choice.

He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
