Roma Maxine Regan (Thomson)

December 22, 1933 - June 5, 2024

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear Roma on June 5, 2024, on the 70th anniversary of her wedding. She is reunited with her beloved husband James Joseph.

Roma will be sadly missed by her loving children Patricia (Bill McKnight), Daniel (Anita Sigur), Jo-Ann (Steven Smith), Katherine (Robert Pellegrini), and Michael (Suzanne). Proud and devoted grandmother of Stefanie (Steve MacLean), Patrick Pellegrini (Christina), Emily (Casey Lennon), Eric and Michael Pellegrini, and Nolan, Liam, Sean, and Maeve Regan.

She was adored by her great-grandchildren John, Mary, Portia, Elle, Milan and Isla Rose.

Born on Markham Main Street, the daughter of the late James Bruce and Violet Mae. Dear sister of Ronald (Dorothy) and sister-in-law of Mary. She is predeceased by her siblings Betty, Robert, Lyle, Donald, Kenneth, Jack and James. She will be fondly remembered by her Regan and Thomson relatives and her many friends. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 5633 Hwy #7, Markham ON, on Tuesday, June 11 at 11:00 AM. Interment to follow at Christ the King Cemetery. A special thank you to the amazing Amica Swan Lake community and the excellent staff at Markham Stouffville Hospital. Roma lived an exceptional life and will be remembered by all who were fortunate to have known her.
