Since I can remember Richard and I were very close. As a cousin we were more like brothers. He will be missed. RIP my brother.

We send our condolences to Dick's family at this time.
I am his cousin Bill and remember having fun times playing together as kids on Jeavons Ave.
We lost touch through the years and remember cousin Phyllis too.
My mom and his mom were sisters.
Those were the good old days!

My condolences to the family. I’m James sister Debbie and I’m sorry for your loss. I’ve always heard how a great man he was through James and sister Sherry, who made contact with him often. Surely he’s gonna be missed by all!

Wendy, Mark and families,
It was a shock to read this in the obituaries, thank you for posting it.
We have many happy memories of times spent with your dad and mom and Jean and Sam. We kept in touch after your mom passed - email jokes, and almost annual visits until recently. Occasionally the email would include a 'how are ya doin' check-up' and always Richard was doin' just fine until last month he said he was having some heart problems. Should have enquired further!
We have been at so many milestone occasions with your family, always happy to be included. It pains me to say we are not able to be present at this funeral. Our thoughts will be with you and we grieve the loss of another bright light from our lives.

We are so very sorry to hear of Richard’s passing. We’ve shared many memorable times together over the years & we’re so blessed to have known both he & Pat - they were such fun to be with! Special memories - wearing toques & having hot tubs in January, Golf weekends up in Huntsville, Horse Races @ Woodbine, Esso Annuitant functions & all those crazy dinners @ each other’s homes - non stop laughter! They are together now - May They Rest in Peace.
Much Love, Les & Donna Dean
