My condolences Jamie. I well remember your mother’s bright, quick smile, friendly laugh and sincere connections with people. She had a big heart and was unselfish about sharing it.

Jacqui my wonderful friend who loved doing lunch and chatting about skating past and present. Our mutual friend Mike who started the lunch dates at the Golf Club patio in summer, that lead to Jacqui and I doing a Golf Club lunch quite frequently after Mike went to Florida and continuing those at Jacqui’s favourite restaurant Stakeout in the winter. We shared lots of laughs. So many memories of Tam O Shanter to the Hylands Centre, where Bruce taught me. Although Jacqui would often say to me, “you could be my daughter” we talked, joked around and laughed like two school girls. Sam and Ron got to know each other this past winter when Jacqui invited us over to discuss the open house we had just gone to in their Ballantrae neighbourhood. This led to a wonderful lunch at Galucci Winery and a great dinner at Falcos. I will miss my wonderful friend who was beautiful inside and out. RIP Jacqui❤️

It is with profound sadness that I learned of Jacqui's passing. My deepest condolences to Ron and the whole family. I met Jacqui back in 1958 when I started taking lessons from Marg and Bruce at the Metropolitan Skating School. I am unable to attend the visitation and funeral service but my thoughts and prayers will be with you all.

We are so very sorry and deeply saddened by your loss and extend our deepest condolences to your family.
Mark's cousin Jacqui was a lovely, warm, kind hearted woman with a great sense of humour!
It is a small world ... Jacqui coincidentally coached my niece (my brother's daughter Jacquelin) in figure skating
when they (and you) lived in Ajax years ago.
