Dear Cathy and Bruce,
My heartfelt condolences to both of you on the passing of your mom. I wanted to take a moment to share how much she meant to me during my early years.
I remember spending a lot of time with you two and your mom. One particular memory from grade one stands out vividly in my mind. I fell ill at school in the afternoon, and despite the pouring rain, your mom rushed to the school. She picked me up, kept me dry under the umbrella, and brought me home. I can still remember her comforting words, assuring me that I would feel better in just a couple of days. It's a testament to her kindness and nurturing nature that left a lasting impression on me.
As you navigate through this challenging time, please know that my thoughts and prayers are with both of you and your families. May the cherished memories of your mom bring you comfort and strength in the days ahead.
