Leo Boudreau Obituary

Joseph Eugene Lionel Boudreau (Leo) passed away in Markham on September 18, 2023.  Leo was born in Levis Quebec on January 19 1934 to Yvonne (nee Nadeau) and Eugene Boudreau. 


Leo served in the Royal Canadian Air Force for 35 years, and continued his career as an airframe mechanic with Field Aviation and Spar Aerospace in Trenton Ontario.  Leo enjoyed fishing, and was an amateur handyman and craftsman who kept himself busy with projects for family and friends.  Leo is survived by his wife of 55 years Joan (nee Smith), son Mark (Alison), daughter Joanne (Mark), grandsons Sam Boudreau, Henry Boudreau, Jack Kidnie, and brother Pete.  Predeceased by brother Lawrence and sister Aline Demers.


A celebration of Leo’s life will take place on Sunday September 24 at Dixon-Garland Funeral Home, 166 Main Street North, Markham.  Visitation with the family will be from 12:00pm, followed by a Celebration Service at 2:00.  A reception to follow the service.  Online condolences can be made to www.dixongarland.com
