Our most sincere condolences to Joan and family. Leo was a great neighbour, always ready to offer a hand. A good friend to our dog Maple…always sneaking cookies to her through the fence. The Culver family…Denis, Cathy, Cameron and Kelsey

I had the pleasure of working with Leo from the 1970s to the 1990s at No. 6 Repair Depot, CFB Trenton. We were AF Techs (riggers) and worked on Buffalo, Voodoo and F5 aircraft. Leo was the best Tech I ever worked with in my 35+ year career and he was friendly and sociable. I would see Leo at McDonald's having coffee with his Air Force buddies -- along side another group of Black Watch retirees. I was fortunate to have worked with Leo and will miss him. Our deepest sympathy to his wife and family.

I will always cherish the memories of spending time with Uncle Leo and Auntie Joan. It's because of him that I have developed such a deep love, respect and appreciation for our military. My heart goes out to Auntie Joan, Mark, Alison, Joanne, Mark, Sam, Henry and Jack. Thank you for being my Godfather and awesome uncle. I love you always.
