Ross and family,
I was so sad to learn of your mom's passing this morning when I read the Markham Economist. I lost my own mom just recently, on December 18, so I can well imagine all of the thoughts and emotions you are dealing with right now and my heart goes out to you.
I was surprised to read your mom had been living at Union Villa...my mom has lived there as well for the past 5 years so it's strange that we never bumped into one another. It's also quite the coincidence since you'll remember the last time we saw each other was when you were visiting your parents at their condo and my mom was throwing me a bridal shower in the party room there as she lived in the same building.
Hope you are well, old friend, and wishing you strength in the difficult days to come. May your dear mother rest in eternal peace and may you find comfort in the wonderful memories you all share of her.

We are very sorry to learn of Carol's passing. She was a lovely, caring lady with such a captivating smile. Our families enjoyed many fun times together in the early 1980s in Lahr, Germany and on school holiday European travel. Don, Ian, Karen and Ross, may it help you to know in your time of loss that the one you dearly loved was dear to others too. We send our sincere condolences to the whole family.
