We wish to offer our condolences to Vicki, Sherry and Janie and your families on the loss of your mother.
We enjoyed our visits with Beatie and always enjoyed her company.. She was always an upbeat person who truly enjoyed her
grandchildren and was immensely proud of each and everyone of them.

We have very fond memories of Bea and Lorne when they were our neighbours on Mayfair Crescent. They actually introduced us to camping when they lent us their camper which was parked on Riley Lake.
Bea was always ready to socialize and party even though she was so busy raising her girls, teaching and often running the whole works herself when Lorne was posted.
We are very sorry to hear of her loss. I am sure she has left a huge void in all of your lives. Bea will be remembered by her neighbours as a gifted, loving mother, wife, teacher and friend!
Our condolences to you all.

To Vickie, Sherri, Janie, Family Members & Friends,
The members of the Canadian Forces Supplementary Radio (SUPRAD) System Oldtimers Association were saddened by the news of Beatrice' (Bea's) passing. The members of our Association take pride in being a close-knit family, and all those who worked and proudly served with Lorne and Bea, will forever remember the memories of all the enjoyable postings and get-togethers that were shared. Thank you for the heart-warming comment in Bea's beautiful obituary, where you said it gives you great comfort to know that they are together again, dancing a waltz among the stars. And who could forget those big 1000 KW smiles and the truly genuine enjoyment that Lorne and Bea got from making people laugh. In memory of Bea, after I hit the 'Add Gesture' button for this condolence message, I am taking my wife Muriel to Tim Horton's for a cup of tea and a muffin. As members of your extended military family, please know that you are being kept in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

Dear Sherri, Vickie and Janie,
I was a friend and fellow teacher with your Mum at Truedell Public School - you may remember me. IT was a close staff and we had many reunions long after we had all moved away from Truedell. I always enjoyed seeing your Mum come back to Kingston for these luncheons and gatherings. We both taught in the Primary division, often next door to one another, sharing ideas and endless stories. We thoroughly enjoyed our rmonthly staff potluck dinners at various homes, including your own. My husband Bruce always enjoyed visiting with your Dad and listening to his stories of the North as well. I am so very sorry for your loss. Bea is not far away. You carry her in your hearts and always will - that is the gift one so beloved leaves behind. I will always remember her with great fondness.
Take care of each other.
Fondly,
Penny McPherson

My deepest condolences to Sherri, Vickie and Janie, and her entire family. She will be greatly missed, of that I am sure. I was a fixture in their house throughout high school and college/university years, being very good friends with Sherri. My memories are of a strong, witty lady…Sherri was not allowed to do certain things before her chores were done! Very smart…we got it all done and very fast! You are all in my thoughts today. Your parents gave you such a strong foundation, and you became the women you are because of their love and support. Sincere sympathies….❤️ Carole and Dan.
