I just learned of Mark's passing.
Mark was a member of both my rowing crew and our fraternity at Western.
He will be remembered very fondly by his peers from that time for his competitive spirit, optimism, and genuine warmth to all those he interacted with.
In those days because of his looks and charisma, I always told him that he reminded me of a young Dudley Moore.
Rest in peace Mark, you were a good soul.
A skate on Stormy Lake. I will forever cherish the times we spent together at our cottages.
I was so shocked to hear about Mark. While I hadn't seen him for years, for the latter part of the 70's we were teammates and friends on some real good basketball teams at Markham District H.S. He was a feisty, talented competitor and was a big part in our successes and championships. Wonderful memories of winning, laughing and some good clean hijinks along the way. Saddened to hear about Mark's passing and my condolences to family, friends and everyone close to him
May he rest in peace.

We've lost Mark far too soon. He was my best cottage neighbour for 20+ years. Each day was an unpredictable adventure, both on and around his beloved Lake Kabakwa. We helped, and learned a lot from each other. My condolences to Hayden, Hilary and Evan. He loved them so much.
My condolences to all mark’s family and friends. He will be deeply missed. Mark was the kindest man would do anything for anyone and never wanted anything in return. He always thought of others. Miss you mark until we meet again.
