My heartfelt sympathies to the Cattanach family. As friends and neighbors, Mr and Mrs Cattanach and family are part of some of my earliest and fondest childhood memories. Mr and Mrs Cattanach were lifelong friends of my parents and I still have pictures of their vacations in Jamaica. As our family lawyer, I placed my trust in Mr Cattanach, he always provided sound and sage advice.
My Deepest Condolences,
Vicky (Champion) Choy

Catharine, Rory, and to all of Lachlan's family, Susan and I extend our sincere condolences on the passing of your brother, your Dad, your uncle, your grandfather, great-grandfather and friend to all. In the 27 years that we knew Lachlan and Isabelle, he was a pleasure to work with, a delight to listen to, and a gentle man whose combination of intelligence, warmth, vision, humour, generosity, sense of community, and kindness made everyone's world a better place to be. We remember fondly the events at their home, the Christmas lunches at the Thornhill Club, and his encyclopedic knowledge of the history of Markham. He was truly one of a kind and in the best way possible. May eternal light shine of the souls of Lachlan and Isabelle.
Susan and John Carruthers
