Dorothy   Del Mistro

(May 31, 1929 – Oct. 28, 2021)

It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Dorothy Del Mistro (nee Andrews). Born in Manchester, Lancashire, England to Stephen Charles and Dora Andrews (nee Hutchinson).  Dorothy moved to Kampala, Africa in 1955 where she met her husband Riccardo.  They came to Toronto, Canada in 1962 and made their home in Markham.  Dorothy was a teacher at heart, always imparting her thoughts and wisdom to others.  She had many passions and was a master with her creativity in any form of needlecraft.  Dorothy and Riccardo truly loved to travel around the globe on their favourite cruise line Holland America.  Dorothy will be missed by her family in Toronto, Manchester and London.  The family is grateful for the ongoing care Dorothy received from Markham Stouffville Hospital.
