Condolences to Don's family. I had the pleasure of treating Don several times over the years as a physiotherapist. Don was a gentleman. Well spoken and had a wonderful sense of humor. A fine man I deed.

My sincere condolences to you and the family Jane. I remember playing in the leaves of your Milliken home and I often ran into
your Dad at the Seniors Centre on Water St. He was always so happy and vibrant and you were lucky to have him for such a long time. Our Dads shared their Military Life in the Air Force but mine was not deployed to France. Do you remember me? (Susan Hutzol) Now Susan Aquilina.
R.I.P. Don

We had the pleasure of having Don as our neighbor for many years. Always ready with a smile and a helping had if needed.
Don liked to keep busy and could be seen fixing or mending most days. His caring nature extended to many of those in need, driving people to medical appointment. Lions Club at the fall fare cooking up a storm, and many more.
Don will be missed by many in Markham- he made a difference.
Carole & Gord Wilson and family.

I was a member of the Seniors Club at Water Street where your Dad played euchre and cribbage. We always enjoyed Don’s company - he was full of fun all the time. Quite often we would offer him a ride when we would see him walking with his walker, but unless the weather was bad, he would walk all the way himself - only a few times did we drop him off at the apartment or at the centre.
I seem to remember that he volunteered at the Salvation Army many years ago, as did my late husband, and we would recall memories of those days long ago.
I will always have fond memories of Don - may he Rest In Peace. Love, Dianne Coyle
