Charles! Miss your positive spirit. You were always keen to learn. Loved our conversations, when you visited the FamliNet iPad program help sessions at Sunnybrook Veteran's Centre. I remember once you shared a beautiful piece of classical music on the iPad, that was mesmerizing and inspiring. Wish I could remember the name of that piece with a short and exotic name.

Thank you ,too , to all those who posted pictures here. I particularly enjoyed seeing Chares and Georgina on the steps of the church.

Such memories!
When presented with a casserole of chicken curry, Charles froze it and when he felt like a meal he tipped out the frozen casserole and cut off a portion using the band saw in his workshop. This was just before he began his experiments with muffins 101.
The spring after he became a widower he found a fox snake in his laundry room. He announced that he knew that it was a female, pregnant and hungry. He bought some steak and cut it up into small snake bite size portions to give her the strength to move out of the laundry room when she felt so inclined. No rush.
Always the engineer. Always the gentleman
