To my dear friend Nancy, and to the family and friends of the marvel known as Nellie Dunn, I send you my deepest condolences. I remember popping by her home after Holly's wedding and feeling her kindness and welcoming warmth. She was a light indeed and I see that light in my friend Nancy, and her daughter Holly, grandaughter Olivia, and no doubt in the rest of the family who I have not have the priviledge to meet. I was very moved to read Nellie's beautifully written tribute and I am thinking of her and of all of you with love. Peace, Tanya

Nell was a very special lady. Feisty, great sense of humour, lover of dogs in the area! We have missed seeing her on her front step and exchanging greetings. Our condolences to the family. We are not vodka drinkers but will raise a glass of scotch in celebration of her life!

I have very fond memories of living beside Mr. & Mrs. Dunn (Nancy & John). She was such a strong yet gentle woman. I knew I could always drop in anytime for anything. She was like another mother! Much Love to Nancy, John and your families.
