Wendy, Susan, Stephen and Jeff,
We are so sorry to hear of the passing of your mom Marilyn. If it was not for the kindness of your mother we would not have been here.
My mom Jean left her family in Kingsville, Ontario and moved to Toronto to find employment. Finally, she landed a position at Bell Canada where she and Marilyn became good friends.
Marilyn thought Jean may be in need of a good home cooked meal and invited her home with her for dinner. Jean met the Young family, but there was something about Marilyn's brother Jack. Eventually Jack and Jean got married, five years later they had me Ellen. Two years later Scott and four years later Cindy.
The kindness and friendship your mom gave, made us family.
Aunt Marilyn will always be in our hearts as she will be in yours and we will always be thankful.
