Bruce was a very gracious gentleman who was always approachable. His smile is what I remember. Tony was so appreciative of the help Bruce gave when he first joined the facilities committee at UAC. His knowledge and history of the church was invaluable and he was always willing to share. The tributes read at the funeral spoke So highly of him. What a wonderful legacy he has left behind. We continue to remember your family in prayer.

Les and I are so sorry for your loss. Bruce has been a dedicated servant to our Lord. Les remembers working on the building committee with Bruce. Bruce’s knowledge and expertise helped to build Unionville Alliance Church making UAC a church that serves now and will serve many for years to come.

Sending you a hug and respect your loss of such a loving gracious faithful husband, father and grandfather. It was always easy to chat with Bruce at church or when we dropped by their home on our walk through our neighbourhood...will miss his smile and warm greetings. You honoured Bruce during the service and highlighted an inspiring legacy for all to remember...Bruce has blessed thousands through his work and family. "Never give up" is a great life motto to be inspired by.

Bruce was very special to me. Every since I met Bruce at U.A.C we developed a very special relationship. An absolute gentleman, kind, soft spoken and Godly. On many occasions when I was in charge of our Thank you Christmas dinner, Bruce and Dave Hoover were my special mash potatoe chefs. They boiled and mashed 50 lbs of potatoe. I visited Bruce at Christmas at Union Villa and we had a wonderful visit holding hands and smiling. May His Soul Rest In Peace. Will miss his smile and gentle spirit.

We were so sorry to hear of Bruce’s passing - “Mr.Freeman” to us! Growing up next door to the Freeman’s was a blessing. They were amazing neighbours and good friends to my parents. In my memories “Mr. Freeman” was always smiling, kind and sweet to all of us Cox kids. He was also especially patient when a teenage girl next door needed to test out her knife selling skills on willing neighbours! Marjorie and family we will keep you in our prayers while you go through this time.
Thinking of you fondly,
Pamela (Cox) Meek and family
