Obituary of Alain Max Blachier

The family is sorry to announce the passing of Alain Blachier in his 77th year. Beloved husband of Sylvie for 54 years. Survived by his loving son Philip and his wife Krista and 2 beautiful grandchildren, Laura and Sandra. Will be sadly missed by his sister Josiane, cousin Gines, his large extended family, and his friends. Visitation will be held at Dixon-Garland Funeral Home, 166 Main St. N. (Markham Rd.), Markham on Wednesday, January 29, 2020 from 2:30-4:30pm and 7-9pm. A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Patrick's Parish, 5633 Hwy 7, Markham on Thursday, January 30, 2020 at 10am. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of choice.
