The family of Karen Wardell would like to thank all who came Saturday to Karen's memorial service. People came from all areas of the GTA and included people from the Normandale - Ritter area, the Unionville Skating Club, Markville and Markham High School athletes and classmates, former coaches and her many friends from the world of business. Thank you to all of you for making the day memorable.
Also a thank you to those who could not attend, but reached out by phone, email and social media. Thank you to those who have donated to plant a tree, The Toronto Zoo and other charities in her honour. Your support at this difficult time was very much appreciated and a great comfort to all of the family.
