To the family. I met Kelly through the Vets. He had already retired from the private security business and I was just joining the Vets. He went out of his way at that time, and every time I have seen him since to make me feel welcome. He was a true gentleman! My condolences. May you take comfort in the fond memories.

We were saddened to learn of Kelly’s passing. He was a kind person, a true gentleman. I will always remember golf games with Kelly and our mutual friend, the late Al Wiseman.

The RCMP Veterans Association has lost an integral part of our organization with the loss of Governor Kelly Labrash. A true stalwart and man of kindness who brought light into the lives of everyone he met. It is with profound sadness that I learned about Kelly's passing.
It seems that not too long ago we celebrated Kelly's 75th birthday at one of our RCMP Veterans meetings.
Kelly was a real gentleman, a "mensch".
The world was a brighter place with him in it. He will be missed. May he rest in Peace.

Dear Joan.
We are so saddened at your loss of Kelly. He was such an integral part of the RCMP Veterans Association, both Nationally and Toronto Division.
You and Kelly are the sweetest couple, and so many people looked forward to seeing you both at the Vets social events and the AGMs.
Kelly was a charming gentleman and so much fun to be around. His warm hugs will be missed.
