Dear Carol, Justin & Brent:
Both Jack & I would like to say how sorry we are for your loss. I know people always say that time heals but this is true.
Larry & I worked together for 25 years at Cross-Canada and had many laughs. He didn't have a mean bone in his body and was always there when you needed help.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Dear Carol, Justin, Brent and Milburn family.
Audrey and I were saddened to learn of Larry's passing.
I have many fond memories of my years at Cross Canada Leasing, 1980- 2004 and Larry was central to many of those. He often invited me into his office to chat about our two favourite passions ( cars and boats) the faster the better!
He suffered terribly in his later years, as did his family and friends, as his disease took over. We will remember Larry when he was healthy, vibrant and full of enthusiasm and fun. God bless. P.S. What a wonderful picture1

My sincere condolences to the family. I remember Larry from our days as members of George Street United Church (Renamed Emanuel) in Peterborough back in the late 50's and 60's. While it was a number of years before our paths would cross in business and in retirement, it was always good to recount our times growing up in Peterborough and hear of his love of family and cars and boating. May you find comfort and peace from your friends and each other.

Sorry to hear, the picture says it all. Dealt with Larry @ c/c for many years, he was always a light at the end of a tunnel. Willing to listen, advise, and laugh. This was a better place because he was in it!
My condolences to the Family.

I am saddened to hear the news about Larry. I knew that he was having a tough time but this was unexpected. Larry and I go back a long way to mid sixties when we were bank trainees in Peterborough. Over the years we kept in touch. Larry was a good and loyal friend. He was also a really decent person. I always looked forward to getting together with Larry. It was a lot of fun and he was terrific company. We used to talk about our families and I know that Larry was very proud of his. I will miss him
I wish to express my sympathy and condolences to Carol and the Milburn family.

I haven't seen Larry in over ten years, but learning of his passing, while not a surprise, was still a shock. We spent thirty years together at Cross Canada Car Leasing where he retired in 2005 as Vice President, a hard worker and loyal employee. But our relationship went much deeper because just to know Larry was to have an excellent friend. Not only a colleague and a friend, Larry was also a good neighbor - we lived next door to each other on Rosemead Close in Unionville for a few years in the early 1980's. I have many fond memories of Carol and Justin and Brent, who at that time attended Unionville Public School across the street. And of that great dog Denver, who would run with Larry in the neighborhood most mornings before work.
I am certain that I am joined by the many employees of Cross Canada in extending our heartfelt sympathy to Carol and the entire Milburn family

Brent,
My condolences to you and your family. We also know what it's like to lose a father to Alzheimer's. It's not easy.
As a member of the early Fred Varley gang, I have many fond, early memories shared in the home your parents created. From my first time playing Atari to my first ever microwaved hotdog, I remember the doors always being open and your dad as a kind, happy man. My thoughts are of you and your family today.
