MOORE, Aspen Juliet - January 21, 2013 - November 13, 2013 Passed away suddenly on November 13, 2013 in her 10th month. Lovingly remembered by her parents Stephen and Jordana Moore. Cherished granddaughter of David and Jody Matthews and Diane Moore. Will be dearly missed by her aunt Jamie Matthews. Our beautiful blue-eyed angel, mommy and daddy loved you with all their hearts.
