Obituary of Ida Patrick

Surrounded by love, laughter and memories, Ida Mary Patrick, born 1930, peacefully passed away on May 15, 2017. With her children Beth and Robert at her side, she quietly drifted into the night after a short illness. She is now with those who left us too soon, her love of life and husband, Ian, and parents John and Evelyn Temple and brother Algar. A loving grandmother to Ian Patrick and Patrick Witney, and fondly remembered by son-in-law Stephen. Her memory will be cherished by her sister Alma Elizabeth Temple. A committal of the ashes will take place at 11 am on Friday, June 16 at Grace Anglican Church Cemetery, Princess Street , Markham, Ontario followed by a celebration of Ida's life at the Old Curiosity Tea Shop, 91 Main Street North, Markham. Ida was a proud volunteer for more than 20 years at Markham Stouffville Hospital, which provided comfort and care in her last days.
