I want to send my deepest condolences to Kaye and Ross's family. I had the pleasure of getting to know Ross during his stay with us at Butternut Manor. He moved in just before I started, I'll never forget the first shift I worked by myself, I was helping him into his seat when he asked me if I was "the new girl" when I replied with sure am! He turned to me and said, "now us new people have to stick together, got it?" With a big smile, I agreed and he put a fist out and said "put her there!" He made my day. Not only was it super cool that I just got props for a 91 year old man, but also, that was the beginning of our relationship. As soon as he heard my voice, he knew his "young one" was there and we got things done, even walked a lot so he "didn't lose it". In our short time together, he has left a huge mark on me and I'll never forget him for making my journey at butternut such a positive one. Hold your memories close and dear, Ross will always with with you all.
