Obituary of Michael Crompton

Michael Elias Crompton, P Eng, MBA Passed away peacefully at Trillium Court in Kincardine on Saturday, April 29, 2017 in his 93rd year. Beloved Husband of Maureen (deceased in 2015). Dear father of Michelle (Jim Peddle) of Toronto and Vanessa (Kevin Hoover) and grandfather of Brooke Maureen Elizabeth Hoover all of Kincardine. Michael is also survived by his loving sister Anne (Boris Olich) and niece Pamela (Brian Tweten) and great nephew Matthew Tweten all of Anacortes, Washington. Michael was a 47 year resident of Markham until his move to Kincardine in 2013. He was also a devoted member of the St. Andrews Presbyterian Church in Markham and held an Elder position there for many years. Michael was also a proud ongoing member of the Markham-Unionville Rotary Club for 51 years. Friends will be received at the DIXON-GARLAND FUNERAL HOME 166 Main Street Markham North (Markham Road) on Thursday May 4th at 12pm until time of service in the chapel at 1pm. Reception to Follow.
