Obituary of Paul White

WHITE, Paul Allan - Passed away peacefully surrounded by his family at Markham Stouffville Hospital on April 29th, 2017 in his 67th year. Extraordinary husband and best friend to Lynn (nee TEAHEN) for over 40 years. Cherished father to Ashleigh and Jessica. Adored Papa to Adalyn Marie Burkholder. Beloved uncle to Gregory Matt (Erin, and Ben) and Michael Matt. Paul had very successful career with Bell Canada for over 35 years, and enjoyed the 10 years he spent coaching and sitting on the board with Markham Soccer Club. Once retired Paul really focused on his love for travel and golf. Paul will be remembered most for his love of family, friends, his uncanny sense of humor and his beautiful smile. Paul's family would like to thank the staff at Markham Stouffville Hospital. Specifically Dr. Vivona and Dr. Trinkaus, MSH Cancer Clinic, and the Palliative care unit for their excellent care, and unwavering support. Family and friends will be received at the DIXON-GARLAND FUNERAL HOME, 166 Main Street North (Markham Road), Markham on Friday, May 5th from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Celebration of Life will be held in the Chapel on Saturday, May 6th at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Markham Stouffville Hospital Foundation "Always remember- You are braver than you know, Stronger than you seem, Smarter than you think, and more loved than you know"
