Anne Glatt posted a condolence

I was so very sorry to hear about Blanche. I met Blanche several times over the last twenty years and although we were casual acquaintances, she truly always made me feel that I was a friend the times we did meet. If I had to use one word to describe Blanche it would be "gracious ". That encompasses a great deal. I wish I had told her how much I admired her ; she certainly was the very best example of a woman who embraced life and lived it to the fullest at an age when many slow down. I know she will be missed by her family and many friends . I shall toast her memory with a glass of red wine tonight. I know she would approve! Anne Glatt

To the Leslie Family: I am so sorry to hear about Blanche. I had the privilege of curling with her, always helpful and encouraging. I also worked with Blanche at Larkin Farms. Again, always cheerful and had the greatest luncheons which she would share. Best dressed co-worker I ever had the pleasure of working with. May memories and friends help you thru this difficult time. Gwen Turner and Ed Joseph

KATHY DESSON made a donation to HEART AND STROKE FOUNDATION OF ONTARIO
During this difficult time I would like to extend my most heartfelt sympathies. I knew Blanche from Unionville Curling Club and she was sitting behind me on the bus to Montebello Mar. 5 & 8 2017. How nice that she could celebrate her birthday with all the SLICCS and she even won her event! She will be missed.
