Obituary of Rose Houston

Houston (nee Gagne) Rose Marie ~ In the arms of her son Chris, daughter Kim and step daughter Susan, Rose passed away peacefully at home on Friday January 20, 2017. Rose battled Cancer for just under a year with grace, dignity and strength. She will continue to live on in the love of her children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews, brothers and sisters, and friends. Rose was predeceased by her loving husband Don. We welcome you to celebrate Rose with us at DIXON-GARLAND FUNERAL HOME, 166 Main Street N. (Markham Road), Markham, on Saturday, January 28th from 1-3:30pm. Celebration of Life will be held in the Chapel at 3:30pm. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Nightscout Foundation (nightscoutfoundation.org) who's efforts enhance the lives of those living with Type 1 Diabetes.
