Gillis, Jean - Passed away at Markham Stouffville Hospital on Wednesday January 16, 2013. After a long and courageous battle with cancer at age 55. Beloved wife of Ron. Dear mother of Stephanie and Shaina. Sister of Jim, Jack, Joe, and Bill. She will always be remembered. Friends will be received at the DIXON-GARLAND FUNERAL HOME, 166 Main Street N. (Markham Road) Markham on Friday from 4-8 p.m. Service in the chapel on Saturday at 10:30 a.m. Cremations. In Lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
