I just came across this notice about Mary Anne's passing. I have not seen her for 30 years but, in university, she was deeply important to me as were her fantastic parents, Barbara and Harry Mason. Please accept my fondest thoughts from everyone who knew her from UBC and St. Mark's College in Vancouver. Mary Anne flooded every room she entered with light and an uncanny sense of happiness. I was very blessed to have her in my life and I cannot imagine the ache that her passing must have caused for her family and friends who have been so fortunate to love her for a lifetime.
