Obituary of Beverley Nixon

Nixon: Beverley Lucille (nee Robbins) passed away peacefully at Deer Run Retirement Home in Pickering, Ontario, on Sunday, January 6th, 2013. Born in Welland, she was a former teacher at Northview Secondary School and Markham District High School, a volunteer with both the Markham Stouffville Hospital and Meals on Wheels. She will be dearly missed by her cousins Barbara Ann and Fred Machesney, Sherman and Ann Zavitz, Eleanor Kerr and Fraser Kerr as well as close friends Bonnie and Darryl Irwin. Our heartfelt thanks to Deer Run Retirement Home, Kim and Jackie for their love, support and wonderful care over the last years. Family and friends will be received at the DIXON-GARLAND FUNERAL HOME, 166 Main Street N. (Markham Road), Markham on Sunday, January 13, 2013 from 2-4 p.m. and a service will be held at DIXON-GARLAND on Monday, January 14, 2013 at 11 a.m. with refreshments to follow.
