Dear Libby, I was sorry to read about your Mother's passing. She must have been a beautiful woman, inside and out, just like her daughter. Kindness and warmth can be seen so clearly in her eyes. May you grieve well, full of warm memories of a loving Mother, surrounded by your loving family. Love, Jane

I've had the privilege of knowing Hannah regretably for only the last year or so of her life, but in spite of the shortness of time, I did get to know her quite well through my weekly visits and our long conversations. I found Hannah to be a gentle, caring person who loved people and life itself. She always welcomed me with a smile as I entered her room and an invitation to sit and talk. We talked about many things: family, travel, faith. She wanted desperately to see Britain just one more time, and so we discussed some of the challenges that might prevent her from realizing that dream. One day she looked at me with a smile and said: "You don't want me to go, do you!" I assured her that that wasn't true, I was simply concerned that she be safe during the journey.
Wo say that Hannah will be missed by ou Unionvilla family, is an understatement. She has contributed muc to the life and well-being of the Villa: singing in our residents' choir, attending residet council meetings, participating in most activitiies including many of our worship services and hymn singing sessions. I often observed her extending a helping hand to fellow resdents in whatever way she could.
I will miss my conversatins with her and know thathe will be dearly missed by all her family and her many friends. But I know also that God has prepared a place for her.
