Hughes, Joan Lenore - Passed away peacefully at IOOF Seniors Home, Barrie on Sunday June 12, 2016 in her 84th year. Beloved wife of the late Donald Raymond Hughes. Dear mother of Cheryl (John Crosby), Karen (Matt Larkin), Andy (Melissa), and the late Debbie. Loving grandmother of 10 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Sister of Dianne (John Horton) and Don (Joyce) Edwards. Friends will be received at the DIXON-GARLAND FUNERAL HOME, 166 Main Street N. (Markham Road) Markham on Wednesday June 29, 2016 from 11am until time of Memorial Service in the chapel at 12 noon. In lieu of flowers, donations to Alzheimer's Society would be appreciated.
