Dear Helen: We would like to express our condolences to you and your family on the passing of your mom, Mary Margaret Shank. It is always a challenge losing a loved one, especially a parent. While we have never met your mom, we believe she must have been a wonderful person, having raised a daughter like you - kind, thoughtful, giving and caring, among many other things.
