Obituary of Thomas Read

READ: THOMAS WEST WWII VETERAN RCAF FLYING OFFICER Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 26, 2016, surrounded by love and support, at Rouge Valley Retirement Residence in Markham, at the age of ninety-five. He will be lovingly remembered by Margaret (nee Andrews), his wife of seventy years, his daughter Jennifer Lynne (David), his daughter-in-law Pam, and his grandchildren Robyn (Owen), David, Heather, and Cameron. Predeceased by his son Bob in 1999. Friends will be received by the family at DIXON-GARLAND FUNERAL HOME, 166 Main St. N., (Markham Road) Markham, on Wednesday, May 4 from 7-9 p.m. A Memorial Service will take place at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, 143 Main St. N., Markham (east side of Main) on Friday, May 6 at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church or to the charity of your choice would be most appreciated.
