Obituary of Rosa da Silva

da Silva, Rosa. After a long, courageous battle with lung cancer, Rosa passed away peacefully at home on April 19th, 2016 at the age of 77. Cherished mother of Frank, Joe, Marty, Manuel, Rosa and Basilio. Loving grandmother of Christine and Austin. Friends will be received at Dixon-Garland Funeral Home 166 Main St. North (Markham Rd.) Markham on Monday, April 25th from 6-9 pm. Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday at St. Patrick's Parish 5633 Hwy 7 Markham at 10 am. Followed by reception in the Parish Hall. Burial at Elmwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
