Obituary of Leslie Smale

SMALE, Leslie Charles- Peacefully at Sunrise of Unionville on Easter Sunday, March 27, 2016 at the age of 87. Beloved husband of Norma. Loving father of Valerie Chatland, Ronald (Cheryl) Smale and Nancy Storry Deans. Grandfather of Sean (Tiffany) Chatland, Sarah (James) Bateman, Jono Storry Deans, Lindsay, Elizabeth and Lauren Smale. Great grandfather of Blake and Taylor Chatland. Survived by brother Frank Smale. Predeceased by brothers, Joe, Jack, Jim, Bill, Ken, Bob, David and sister Santina. Employed for many years of service with the TTC, Gray Coach Lines and GO Transit. Visitation will take place at Grace Anglican Church, 19 Parkway Avenue, Markham on Thursday, March 31 from 10 am until time of Funeral Service in the church at 11:30am. Interment at Grace Church Cemetery. Reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
