Obituary of Stanley Morgan

Morgan, Stanley. On Tuesday, March 8th, 2016, in his 92nd year, surrounded by the love of his family, Stanley Thomas Morgan passed away peacefully at Sunnybrook Veteran's Wing. Loving husband, caring father, inspirational papa and fun loving great-grandfather, Stan lived for family. Pre-deceased by his wife of 29 years Joyce Marie, and his son Robert Stanley Morgan. Stan's family circle included his children, Ron (Jane), Bev (Gary) and Brad (Laurie), his grandchildren, Adam, Brent, Sean, Ashley, Katie, Daryl, James, Andrew, Caitlin, Rachel, Kendall, Griffin, Avery and his great grandchildren, Liam, Maxwell, Elliot, Donnie, Lukas, Desmond, MacGregor, Ledee and a soon to be born great granddaughter. Heartfelt thanks to the staff of Amica (Swan Lake) and to the wonderful caring nurses at Sunnybrook Veteran's Wing who never stopped going above and beyond their duties to make Stan feel at home and loved. Friends will be received at Dixon-Garland Funeral Home 166 Main St. North, (Markham Rd.) Markham on Friday, March 11th, 2016 from 12noon until time of Memorial Service in chapel at 1pm. Reception will follow. Donations may be made to the Parkinson Society.
