MATTHEWS, Florence Ruth - Passed away peacefully at Markham Stouffville Hospital on Sunday, December 6, 2015 in her 91st year. Daughter of Robert James Rutledge and Evelyne May Loney. Predeceased by her husband William (Dec. 3, 2010). Loving mother of Tom, Steve (Anne), Audrey (Walter), Cliff (Ivelis), and Donna. Loving grandmother of Sarah & Angela Hollasch, Eric, Joshua, Samuel and Grace Matthews. Survived by her twin siblings Jean Budgell (Al) and John Rutledge (Eileen). Predeceased by her siblings Gwen, Grace, Cliff, Paul and Louise. Friends will be received at the DIXON-GARLAND FUNERAL HOME, 166 Main Street N. (Markham Road) Markham on Thursday December 10th from 10am until time of Funeral Service in the Chapel at 11:30 am. Interment Highland Park Cemetery - Peterborough.
