Obituary of William Ilott

Ilott, William E. - With heavy hearts we announce the passing of William ( Bill) Ilott on November 16, 2015 at Markham Stouffville Hospital, one week after his 87th birthday. He was a resident of Markham and the beloved husband of Helen (nee Meyer) for 64 years. Bill was the devoted dad of 3 daughters; Kathy Champion (Bill), Marilyn Tufford (Bob), and Susan Ilott (Stan Wontor).He was a cherished grandfather to Jen (Mark), Anthony, Corey, Brandon, Alana and Michael and proud great-grandpa to Dawson and Cayden. He is survived by brother Roy and predeceased by brother Jack and sister Dorothy. Visitation will be held at the DIXON-GARLAND FUNERAL HOME, 166 Main Street N. (Markham Road) Markham on Friday November 20th from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Saturday November 21st at 11:00 am. Family interment, Elmwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Liver Association, Kidney Foundation or the Diabetes Association.
