Pannell-Clements, Carolyn. Suddenly at Markham-Stouffville Hospital on November 14th, 2015 at the age of 67. Beloved wife of Brian Clements. Loving mother to Susan Pannell-Barrett (Geoff ), Tony Pannell (Lisa Stauffer), Alison Menegon (Jason) and Lauren Clements. Adoring Nana to Fisher, Sasha, Eli, Amelia and Hudson. Sister to Melanie. Friends will be received at Dixon-Garland Funeral Home 166 Main St. North (Markham Rd.) Markham on Thursday, November 19th from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. A celebration of life will be held on Friday at 1pm in the Chapel. Reception to follow. Donation may be made to the Markham-Stouffville Hospital Foundation-Cancer Clinic.
