Spicer, Elberta - Passed away at Bloomington Cove, Stouffville, Ont. on Thursday June 4, 2015 age 86.Wife of the late James Spicer. Dear mother of Jim (Nancy), Jeff (Arden) and Joanne. Loving grandmother of 6 grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Dixon Garland Funeral Home 166 Main St. N. (Markham Rd.) Markham Ont. Monday June 8, 2015 from 7- 9 pm. Service in the chapel on Tuesday at 11 am. Interment Highland Memory Gardens.
