Obituary of Dorothy Harris

HARRIS, Dorothy Jean; Peacefully, on Mother's Day, May 10th, 2015 in her 79th year, Dorothy passed away in her home. Dorothy is survived by her devoted husband of 57 years, Ken. Dorothy spent her last day of life as she requested, at home with her husband and children by her side. Beloved mother of Kathy (Lee), Karen and Robert (Summer) and devoted grandmother and number one fan of her grandchildren, Kaitlin, Patrick, Eric, Holden, Morgan, Paisley, Griffen. Dearly remembered by her brother, Doug Fettes (Kathy), and sister-in-law, Bonnie Aitken (Morley). Dorothy leaves behind many friends and extended family who will miss her dearly. Cremation has already taken place. A service honouring Dorothy's life will take place at St. Andrew's United Church, 32 Main St. North, Markham, at 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 16th 2015.
